As a birth doula and childbirth/early parenting educator, my goal is to ensure that mothers and their partners feel safe, strong, and confident throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postnatal periods. I draw upon my personal experience, professional training, and in-the-moment intuition to provide my clients with the information that they need at each point in their journeys, as well as the emotional and physical support that they need to cope with the many challenges along the way. People often speak of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood in terms that suggest distress, disempowerment, and loss of self. I believe that, on the contrary, these should be times of great joy, self-discovery, and fulfillment, and I will do everything I can to make this true for you.
